Recreation Writer

I have always enjoyed writing, whether it has been writing fiction for my own enjoyment, working as a freelance journalist for the local paper, or contributing sports articles to major online news sources.  However, I have never sought to earn much money through my writing, as I am a teacher for a living, and I am admittedly a little behind the times in this technological age (even though I am relatively young at the age of 26).  So, I joined Hubpages as an opporunity to practice my skill at writing, begin a new constructive hobby, become more famililar with newer methods of communication, and generally enjoy some recreational writing.
